In 2010, Kari and Pirkko Ikonen arrived in Torrevieja, Spain, dreaming of finding a home under the sun. They quickly realized that the process of buying a property in Spain was very different from Finland and that reliable help was sometimes hard to find. This sparked an idea: what if they could help others make that same dream come true—safely and easily? That’s how Loma Espanjassa was born.

When Kari and Pirkko retired in 2023, the ownership of the company changed hands. We—Maria Suvinen, Anssi Ikonen, and Antti Tuisku—took over full responsibility for its operations.
Over the years, our business has grown steadily. Today, we have over 10 permanent professionals in real estate sales, and we indirectly employ dozens of people for property maintenance services. While most of our clients are Finnish, we are receiving more and more inquiries from international customers—and we’re happy to serve them in multiple languages.
That’s when the idea of a new, more international name was born. And today, we are LEhomes.
LEhomes is a trustworthy and comprehensive real estate agency that finds, sells, buys, and rents homes in the Costa Blanca region of Spain. Currently, we have over a hundred rental properties under our management and care.
